This showcase gave&nbsp;our students&nbsp;the chance to bring unseen realms to life, revealing miniature universes, mysterious landscapes, and stories tucked between shadows and light.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We were thrilled by the impressive array of submissions for this year&#8217;s Visual Arts Competition. Our students embraced the theme with originality and passion, producing artworks that captured curiosity and wonder. Each piece reflected a unique vision,&nbsp;demonstrating&nbsp;both creativity and dedication, hallmarks of the arts education at our international school in Singapore.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some standout creations included:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Carnival of Cosmic Creatures by Helios Wijaya (G2) \u2013 a playful exploration where drawing new things makes hidden worlds come alive.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hidden World by Austin Wang (G4) \u2013 a fantastical vision of five extraordinary islands beneath a city: Treasure, Poor, Candy, Forest, and Magic Island.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bash\u2019s Fairy Hollow by Bash Go (G4) \u2013 a teapot house surrounded by moss and mushrooms, a secret place revealed only to those who look closely.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"810\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/nlcssingapore.sg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-12-02-at-10.24.14-AM-2-1-810x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3989\" style=\"aspect-ratio:0.7910221413406127;width:295px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nlcssingapore.sg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-12-02-at-10.24.14-AM-2-1-810x1024.jpeg 810w, https:\/\/nlcssingapore.sg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-12-02-at-10.24.14-AM-2-1-237x300.jpeg 237w, https:\/\/nlcssingapore.sg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-12-02-at-10.24.14-AM-2-1-768x971.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/nlcssingapore.sg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-12-02-at-10.24.14-AM-2-1-9x12.jpeg 9w, https:\/\/nlcssingapore.sg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-12-02-at-10.24.14-AM-2-1.jpeg 1091w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 810px) 100vw, 810px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This exhibition offers a glimpse into worlds beyond the ordinary and celebrates the joy of artistic exploration at NLCS (Singapore).
