As we reflect on the challenges faced by our school during its opening amidst the global pandemic, we realise that virtual performances are now a distant memory. Music took centre stage as we gathered for our eagerly anticipated annual Senior School Music Showcase, which served as a true testament to the growth and talent within the NLCS (Singapore) music department.
With nearly 280 students participating in various performances, the showcase was a brilliant display of musical mastery. From solo acts to ensembles, the event encompassed a diverse range of genres and instruments.
Captivating the audience as the show’s closing act, the G6 choir delivered an engaging rendition of festive favourites that had everybody singing along.
We look forward to lots more to come from our Arts Department in terms 2 and 3.
