We are proud to reflect on the journey of North London Collegiate School (Singapore) as it marks six years of growth, from its founding days at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre in 2020 to its custom-built, 300,000-square-foot campus today. Founding staff recall the early challenges of building routines and classrooms from temporary spaces, and how that pioneering spirit continues to shape the school’s identity as it enters its next phase of growth.

This progress is reflected across the school, from a technology infrastructure that has grown from fewer than 150 devices to over 1,200 supporting teaching and learning, to a co-curricular programme that has flourished from modest beginnings into purpose-built sports and performing arts facilities. As Michael Choong, Senior IT Manager, and colleagues across Music and Co-Curricular Activities note, what began as creative problem-solving in constrained conditions has evolved into a culture of excellence built on ability, ambition and opportunity.

We are grateful to every member of our community who has contributed to this journey, and to the founding staff whose belief in a shared vision helped shape what NLCS (Singapore) has become. As the school looks ahead, the focus shifts from establishing identity to amplifying impact, ensuring that every student is known, challenged and inspired as the next chapter unfolds.
