In the spirit of Chinese New Year, our NLCS (Singapore) community came together for a Dumpling Making Workshop, celebrating the cherished tradition of preparing dumplings as a family. Led by parents from our Chinese community, the workshop provided a hands-on opportunity to learn the art of dumpling making—from mixing the filling and rolling the dough to folding, cooking, and of course, enjoying the delicious results!
More than just a cooking session, this event was a beautiful way to connect across generations, share cultural traditions, and embrace the joy of festive gatherings. Thank you to all who participated and made this workshop a heartwarming success!
