• First aid kits are strategically placed across the campus for immediate access during emergencies.  
• We maintain a robust infection control system and promptly notify parents of any health concerns. 

• We maintain comprehensive and up-to-date medical records for every pupil in our care.  
• Parents must provide detailed medical information during the initial enrolment process.  
• Annual updates of medical information are mandatory to ensure current health records.  
• Parents must immediately inform the Health Centre of any changes to their child's health status.  
• Complete and accurate medical records are crucial for effective emergency response. 

• • All pupils must obtain prior arrangement with the Health Centre before carrying or administering any medication.  
  • For prescription medications, the following requirements must be met:  
    • Parents must complete and submit a 'Permission to give Prescription Medication' form to the Health Centre. 
    • Our school nurse will confirm and arrange a proper medication handover procedure. 
    • All medications must have a clear prescription label displaying the pupil's name, correct dosage, and expiry date. 
    • Parents are responsible for providing medications and ensuring their replacement before expiry. 

Our Health Centre maintains active communication with parents regarding: 

• We promptly notify parents about any infectious disease outbreaks within the school community. 
• Regular updates are provided about health concerns affecting specific classes or year groups. 
• Parents receive timely communication about their child's individual health matters. 
• Immediate notification is given in cases of medical emergencies. 

Vaccinations for Measles and Diphtheria are mandatory by law in Singapore under the Infectious Diseases Act. It is the responsibility of parents to ensure that their child is fully up to date for all immunisations, including travel vaccinations for school trips.
