We are delighted to share that NLCS (Singapore) has been awarded Bronze in the Best HR Digital Transformation Strategy category at the Employee Experience Awards (EXA) 2026, one of Asia’s most prestigious pan-regional HR accolades. Held at Shangri-La Singapore, the awards recognise organisations that are making meaningful strides in how they support and develop their people, and we are proud to be counted among them.
This recognition reflects the ongoing work of our Human Resources team to modernise and streamline processes through digitisation, with the aim of improving the staff experience and better supporting our wider school community. As Elvin Goh, Senior HR Manager, noted, this is a shared achievement, one that speaks to the collective effort across the school to embrace new ways of working and ensure that our people feel genuinely supported in their roles.
