Our Junior School Principal, Mrs Louise McCabe-Arnold, and Assistant Principal (First School Curriculum), Mrs Karly Potter, recently joined Little Steps Asia’s Insider Series webinar to share how learning at NLCS (Singapore) begins from age 3. The conversation explored how our First School and Lower School programmes place play, emotional security, and wellbeing at the heart of every child’s early education journey.
From building resilience and independence to nurturing a genuine love of learning through our “floors, not ceilings” philosophy, both Mrs McCabe-Arnold and Mrs Potter spoke warmly about the environment we create for our youngest students. The session offered families practical insight into how joy-filled, purposeful learning in the early years shapes the confident, curious individuals our students grow to become.
