We were proud to host our first-ever International Model United Nations Conference, welcoming student delegates from across the NLCS family of schools in London, Jeju, Kobe, and Dubai. Over three days, and under the theme “Bridges Across Borders”, our students came together to debate pressing global issues, from sustainability and human rights to the historical challenges of the Berlin Airlift of 1948.
What made this conference particularly special was the level of student ownership throughout. From planning and chairing committees to guiding newer participants through debate techniques and resolution writing, our students led with confidence, empathy, and a genuine sense of responsibility. The peer-led approach reflected the very spirit of MUN, a platform where young people learn to listen, collaborate, and think beyond borders.
We are incredibly proud of everyone involved and look forward to building on this milestone as part of our growing global community.
